Yes, we specialise in Tuning and Repairs of all Snow-Goods. Turn around times varies, depending on the service.
A general rule is outlined below.
Tuning including Wax, Edging, Polishing, Binding adjustments and Quoting for major repairs - Over Night
P-tex - TBC upon sight ... our workshop is very busy during peak season and is subject to full capacity, for faster handling of equipment - Get in early, First in best dressed.
Repairs if the equipment is wet please allow for dry time of 24 hours in our dry room. Glue work requires bone dry material for adhesive bondage.
Repairs need to be assessed by our experienced Workshop Technicians, they are generally arriving late afternoon for the evening work after a day of shredding on the hill - Our dedicated customer experiences team are there to help bring in the work and assist with gathering all your needs and wants. One team one dream.
Repair work starts from when the job is confirmed by you, so please ensure you provide us with a solid way of communication as our head techs will quote when they arrive to work,
Minor Glue work like drop delamination and top sheet repairs take around 5 days.
Major repairs can take up to 5 - 7 days if it is a big job, we can courier domestically for an estimated amount of $50 NZD* Subject to change, once the job is completed if leaving Queenstown.

The guys at the snowboard workshop really helped us out! Fixed two of our boards after they looked irreparable from NZ rocks and did an amazing job. They were able to have them fixed in time for us to head back to Perth and even stuck a storage wax on them for us for free:)
